Modern Engineering Marvel

January 31, 2009

I have created a modern engineering marvel!

The desks that NNU provides have really deep drawers. While this can sometimes be good, every time I close the drawer stuff rolls to the back. Pretty soon I do not even remember what is in there.

Long has my best friend, Jordan Beaver, been a master designer of box creations. Since I had a box handy that I was going to toss out I decided to take a page right from his book. And thus began the marvel of modern engineering!

The box was cut up and partitions were made for the drawer. Now nothing important rolls to the back! Take a look, but try not to be too jealous of my. God has obviously gifted me with a highly intelligent brain(sarcasm). If you feel the urge for your own engineering marvel, please use high amounts of caution. A feat like this is not for the faint hearted. One miscalculation and the world may come tumbling down. And remember, box cuts are more powerful than paper cuts. Please seek immediate medical attention if you receive a box cut. Known effects of box cuts are extreme amputation and even death!

Is extreme amputation different than plain old, run-of-the-mill amputation?

Hey, you still have the giant candy bar you got for Christmas! Hope those roommates of yours don’t get a sweet tooth!

Try making plastic boxes to fit glove boxes and door pockets so as all your bits don’t slide around, now thats modern engineering on the move.

I got a box cut once and I did not need amputation and I also did not die…that I know of…I could be dead I guess. 🙂
