Destiny orphanage also runs a boarding school on their grounds. Destiny has been around for 13 years and this last year saw the first highschool graduates. There were 34 I think. They all have moved on to colleges and trade schools.

Today we got to have lunch with the graduates. It is easy to find sponsors for cute little children but once they are older the kids are often forgotten. Freedom Projects started as a branch of Ramos Ministries aimed at providing sponsorship to the Destiny students.

The students got up today and gave speeches about how Freedom Projects and college has impacted their lives. Given them the ability to pay for tuition and have food to eat every night.

I sponsor a girl studying computer science. Sponsorships typically run from $1,200 to $6,000 per year. If you would like to sponsor a college student contact me and I will get you hooked up. Here are the students who spoke today.
