I just moved into a new apartment and last night my friend Sam came over and helped build a new and improved media center layout.

The speakers and projector got fancy new shelves. I found a neat IR remote online that allows me to control my devices with my iPad. This enabled me to also move the cabinet containing all the equipment into another room and cleans up the living room dramatically.
