I came home at 8:40 PM to another illegal entry into my apartment at 521 4th Ave West, Seattle, WA 98119 by John Peranzi. Not only did John illegally enter my apartment, he took the cover to the toilet tank and posted notes on the counter and the mirror. As any good tenant following the laws should do I quickly phoned the police and filed a report. A cop is being sent to my place.
After the police call John returned to the apartment at 9:00 PM. I allowed him entry so that my toilet could be put back together. As he was here the police dispatch officer called back again and asked if he had come back to the apartment. I told her he was here and she said a policeman was on the way.
Here is some photographic evidence of John being here.
It should also be noted that he changed the breaker positions again. The bottom right breaker should be down.
After putting the toilet back together John again accused me of “tampering” with the breaker box. This stems from a previous incident in which the entire apartment complex could have burned down and he took a week to perform the required repairs.
John then argued that he does not need to follow the tenant law put forth by the City of Seattle and instead will follow the Washington State law. The problem with that is that the City law is a reflection of the State law. I even called the City that morning and asked them what the interpretation of the law is to ensure I understood it perfectly. The City is on my side.
I asked John to leave three times. He would not leave. When he did walk a few feet down the hallway he would turn around and accuse me of causing damage or would repeat that he will return tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day, until he is satisfied.
Sam Leavens was witness to all that occurred.
